When you want Top of the Line Storage, but need it to perform multiple functions, look no further than the Patent Pending Bartact Modular Seat Back MOLLE Panel Pouch System.
Manufactured in an unheard-of size of 17" wide x 24" tall that actually covers nearly a full seat back, (17" wide x 12" tall when folded into a pouch) we spared no expense in this system.
Featuring:
1) Full Zipper all the way around to allow the panel to function as a carry pouch for firearms, tools, laptops, etc
2) water resistant zippers on 2 full length pockets on the outside
3) Removable handles that can be attached to the inside MOLLE webbing on 2 sections of the inside to attach to when using as a seat back MOLLE Panel.
4) Modular lower straps allow ability to wrap lower section around the front of the seat, or hook to the bottom of a seat
5) The biggest panel in the industry featuring 10 horizontal rows of PALS webbing and 10 1.5" wide Slots per row using true Bar Tack stitches, not weak single stitch. (When folded the Pouch is approximately 17" wide x 12" tall)
6) 2" Velcro Loop at top and bottom

WARRANTY
Bull Strap guarantees all products to be free from manufacturer defects for all items for one year, and any color fading (where mentioned) for 2 years from the time of purchase. In the event of a product failure, Bull Strap will decide whether that product should be repaired or replaced after reviewing photos submitted by the customer. Bull Strap will then provide a return shipping label for any product in which the material or stitching were determined to be the root cause. Once received, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost.
REFUND POLICY
Seat covers and other custom made items, retain all warranties listed above, but cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time
On non-custom items, if within 30 days of purchase directly from Bull Strap, a customer would like to return an unused product with no modifications, and where the item(s) can be considered 'new in box', the customer can email us at info@bullstrap.com or call us at 951-319-4008. The will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from any returned items. Once processed, the customer must ship the product back and submit the tracking information. Bull Strap will issue a full refund minus the 15% restocking fee once the item(s) is/are received and determined to be in 'Brand New' condition. NOTE: If a customer ordered Bull Strap products from a dealer, the customer must go through this process directly with the dealer the product was ordered from.
