Carli 2014–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel Pathfinder 2.5-Inch Shock Package — Shocks Only
The Carli Pathfinder 2.5-inch shock package for 2014–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel covers the third generation of the current Ram HD body style. This shocks-only package provides Carli's premium remote reservoir damping for owners who have the lift hardware in place and are upgrading the shocks to Pathfinder specification, or replacing worn Pathfinder units on an established Carli system.
The 2014–2018 Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins diesel represents one of the most capable heavy-duty truck platforms available. Carli's Pathfinder shocks for this generation are tuned for the Cummins diesel front-end weight and for the suspended geometry of a truck running Carli's level-height shock package specification. Running factory or lower-spec replacement shocks on a Ram 2500 diesel with a quality lift system is leaving performance on the table — the suspension can articulate well, but without correctly tuned shocks, the damping does not control that articulation correctly.

The Pathfinder 2.5-inch design's remote reservoir is the key performance differentiator. More oil volume means more thermal capacity. Fitment
This package fits 2014–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 with 6.7L Cummins diesel (4x4, all trims and cab configurations). This covers the third-generation Ram 2500 body style with the standard-output Cummins variant used in these model years. These are shocks only — not a complete leveling system. Front reservoir mounts are required for correct installation and must be installed prior to or alongside these shocks. If your truck does not have the Carli front reservoir mounts from a previous installation, add them to your order.
Installation
The Pathfinder shocks for the 2014–2018 Ram 2500 install in the factory mounting locations. Front reservoir mounts must be properly positioned and secured before the shocks are installed. Route reservoir hoses per Carli's specified path and verify clearance at all suspension and steering extremes before driving. A front-end alignment is required after any change to front ride height. Estimated installation time at a shop with a lift is two to three hours including reservoir routing and clearance verification. Torque all hardware to Carli's specifications.

WARRANTY
Bull Strap guarantees all products to be free from manufacturer defects for all items for one year, and any color fading (where mentioned) for 2 years from the time of purchase. In the event of a product failure, Bull Strap will decide whether that product should be repaired or replaced after reviewing photos submitted by the customer. Bull Strap will then provide a return shipping label for any product in which the material or stitching were determined to be the root cause. Once received, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost.
REFUND POLICY
Seat covers and other custom made items, retain all warranties listed above, but cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time
On non-custom items, if within 30 days of purchase directly from Bull Strap, a customer would like to return an unused product with no modifications, and where the item(s) can be considered 'new in box', the customer can email us at info@bullstrap.com or call us at 951-319-4008. The will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from any returned items. Once processed, the customer must ship the product back and submit the tracking information. Bull Strap will issue a full refund minus the 15% restocking fee once the item(s) is/are received and determined to be in 'Brand New' condition. NOTE: If a customer ordered Bull Strap products from a dealer, the customer must go through this process directly with the dealer the product was ordered from.
